Louis Trotter

Louis is a current Part II student in the group, enrolled at Pembroke College. His project focuses on studying the temperature- and bias-dependence of spin-dependent processes in organic photovoltaics by combining pulsed Electrically Detected Magnetic Resonance (EDMR) experiments on miniature solar cells with modelling and simulation.

Outside of the lab, Louis loves climbing, both indoors and outdoors. He also enjoys hiking in the mountains, particularly the Scottish Highlands, as well as playing his electric guitar.
